This premier piece of property started as a blank slate and was transformed into, quite simply, something stunning. Multiple spaces were created that invited you to explore, play, and relax. A simple yet bold plant palette was chosen based on the client’s preferences, existing architecture of the structures, and the goal of overall water reduction. Grade changes were created to give the landscape interest without compromising spaces for family friendly activities and enjoyment. The end result was a landscape oasis with a resort style feel.
